Bookable spaces include the Window Conference Room (up to 10 people), the Internal Conference Room (3–4 people), the Main Coworking Space (up to 25 people depending on setup), and exclusive bookings of the entirety of Suite #201 (approximately 45–60 people depending on configuration). Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in reduced booking privileges or the requirement of a deposit for future bookings. Some bookings may require payment and/or a refundable damage deposit depending on duration, use, and whether external participants are involved. Any applicable fees or deposits will be confirmed prior to approval. Failure to meet payment requirements may result in cancellation. The individual or organization making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all participants and for the condition of the space during and after use. Any damage, loss, or misuse of Walkthrough property may result in charges for repair or replacement. All spaces must be left clean and reset for the next users. Walkthrough is a dry, non-alcoholic facility. Alcohol and recreational substances are not permitted. Users must wear clean indoor shoes or provided slippers; soiled outdoor footwear is not allowed. All users must comply with safety and fire procedures. Exits must remain clear at all times. In the event of an evacuation, all occupants must exit immediately and proceed to the designated muster point at Warehouse Park, located at the corner of 104 Street and Whyte Avenue. Re-entry is only permitted once the building is declared safe.
