Returning to GDX this year is our signature conference, with relevant content for all developers, from indie to AAA. The conference provides a wide array of professional development opportunities at an affordable price. Our Summits this year will focus around Building a Better Games Industry, EDI, Games + AI, and our newest addition: Indigeneity and Diaspora in Games. Not only are we AI experts, but we are passionate about building a better industry and creating the industry that we want to see as a community. Join us for a vast array of expert speakers and panels in art, voice acting, business & marketing, computing science, and more!
The Exhibition
JULY 19-28
Join over casual and hardcore gamers in over 30,000 sqft. of jam-packed gaming fun. With 46,000 attendees over 3-days last year, the new 10-day format is sure to bring in twice the excitement! Also new this year, exhibitors have the opportunity to join the Alberta Steam sale! This event is open to exhibitors of GDX 2024 as well as Alberta-based developers overall.
