If you are an indie game developer in Alberta, we would like to invite you and your teams to take part in an evolving conversation about independent game development in Alberta at this virtual Indie Town Hall on September 28, 2023 from 7:00-8:00 PM.
Following up on the productive conversations at the Town Hall during GDX 2023, you expressed a need to further our conversations and take action to ensure that independent game development in Alberta is sustainable, and--most importantly--that your voices are heard.
For those of you who were not able to attend the previous Town Hall, this session will provide a brief overview of those proceedings, as well as a venue for you to voice your opinion.
As an indie community, we have the power and capability to create the conditions for Alberta to be an incredible place to work, live, and play. Together, we can make Alberta one of the best places in the world to make games and experience games culture.
